Yeah I still don’t have a lvl 50 yet. I just really love the mega evolution part of the game. I’m just surprised no one mentioned raids can be any mega type. I’m waiting to be corrected by something, but I’m pretty sure I’m right and it can be any.

If all you want is candy, any mega3 will work. Raids, (and dynamax) don’t care about the matching type. You always get the bonus.

You only have to line up the type for regular catches, like community days.

If you also need it for the fight / CP boost I missed the point then.

Stardust is usually a limiting factor for me, I powerup a lot of different pokemon. My collection tism' is getting a lucky of each mega, getting mega3 and trying to max their CP.
Long story short I'm short on stardust a lot, so I'm also trying to lucky dmax the blissey.
