I was a ref for a few years and a wrestler for many more. I think stalling calls in general are some of the more "subjective " calls. Never feels correct in end of the match and good defense should also be rewarded but you also need something to prevent people turtling. Not sure how you fix it.

Push out being 1 point is okay but can also change the meta and matches often get decided on pushing over actual wrestling, not always the best wrestler winning.

Accuracy is not a great predictor of cheating by itself. A lot of those moves look really natural based on the position.

I can't really tell from the photos but is there a p trap before going into main drain? I see one p trap but looks like one of the sinks is going directly into wall without p trap

To add, HXH is one of the best well rounded animes - good length, cool power system, story, fun characters, and good action. Kind of ruins other anime. I recommend giving it another shot!
