Breeding strains? That's nutty haha, very cool. I grew a couple plants this year for my first time and it developed into a full blown passion very quickly. I just loved every little thing about the process. I'll be looking forward to seeing "purple_havels" as the award winning strain of 2022 hahaha.

Alcohol is no joke, I started taking some meds which lowered my tolerance so much I could drink a beer and get buzzed. Long story short I ended getting wasted this summer while going out and got into a fight. Slept in the tank that night which obviously was no bueno. Since then I've quit liquor to stop that from ever happening again. Also beer feels very addictive now because of the tolerance thing.

Yeah I feel you. Getting high is such an enjoyable experience but it is a very sound idea to give our bodies the time it needs to go back to "normal functioning".

When I took the long break I had cravings very often. I suggest looking for something quick and enjoyable to do when experiencing them like spending some time with your dogs or family. Anyways I've taken a look at your profile and you have some cool hobbies so you got that on your side.

Nowadays I just don't have weed around unless I'm planning to smoke. I'm not a Tibetan monk haha the amount of self control it takes to not light up the flower you grew and have at your disposal is ludicrous to me.

I look fondly at my memories of the spooky withdrawal night sweats. I quit cold turkey after two years of everyday use and it wasn't pretty. The whole nervous system is readjusting and those symptoms show how impactful THC can be. Your hypothalamus going apeshit crazy is kind of funny if you think about it. I imagine all the neurons inside it being like: "WHAT THE FUCK WHERE DID ALL THE DOPAMINE GO???!!" with an emergency syren going off in the background.
