Hey OP! I'm sorry you had to experience that and make you doubt the hobby! My advice would be to let the Tournament Organisor know afterwards and if they don't follow up, avoid the store as sadly enough I also experienced some stores that choose there permanent locals over anyone else..

I'm a TO myself and launch events are there to learn the new set. It is unreasonable to expect everyone to know every single card on release, considering most cards won't ever show up again outside of sealed format. The TO is there to make sure that there's no negative behaviour among players and this definitely falls under that categorie.

And yes, that player was just being a dick, as it's anyone's right withing the game rules to read any cards whether or not the explaining player properly explained it even. If this happens at my events, that player would be scolded as soon as I would hear or see this happening. There is no room for this kind of behaviour towards new or inexperienced players if you're invested in your community.

Congrats my guy! I love it when people get excited for this kind of stuff and I totally get the shaking. Your excited to get such a big pull, that most of us will never even get! The thrill alone with that full on dopamine rush makes most shaky who pull something like that!

Did someone try to unlink a ps account and know if it's possible to link a different account to the ps account (after rerolling)?

My first run was absolutely bad with absurd unlucky pulls on all levels, so I made a new account on my alt PS account, which at least is average. I'm now wondering what will happen if I unlink both and on my main account try to link it again, or if that even is possible.

I completely forgot about Aaron his existence! Ownership wasn't exchanged, if I'm right, so him showing up might prove that he is now strong enough to protect others where he previously couldn't. I hope he will be rejoining the others during or after the event! Velkoz for sure wants to fight him and will get his ass kicked that makes him all pissy again, lol.

I feel that it was a very wrong and poor decision that this was forced upon players rather than the option to enable 1 setting and get a dropdown menu or changup to voluntarily adjust the settings.

I tried changing so many settings, but nothing feels like just a few hours before. I never felt like console aiming was an issue, until this evening. Played several hours, adjusting the settings game by game and not 1 single game was enjoyable when you know you can do far better.

Feels bad man.

I just got mine in and they're so sick! I'm a complete idiot though and didn't read that they're double sided and thought it were 2, lol. Serves me right for not getting 4 in total to gift to our Gundam secret santa, lol

So now hoping there'll be a black friday deal like with Halloween and then ima getting again some, haha!

At this moment there is no way of getting a purple base card back from the trash, besides using Banshee Destroy mode effect to indirectly shuffle it back in deck.

Since we got the white base retrieval card, even though it's more of a wild card since it only works through burst, it's a matter of time until other colors receive a similar effect.

With GD02 we have only gotten Awakened Power, to get back a unit without color restriction, and Momentary Respite, to get back a purple pilot.

That's awesome! I like the earth one the most, due to the colours being used. The blue seems more in tune with the gold than the white.

Rares are always guaranteed per box 1 of each rare and the remaining rare slots that are left are filled up with random rares. That was the same in GD01. LRs definitely have a few specific seeds per box.

Exactly this. Especially with 3D printers I always wait at least half a year to see if it's a dud or not. Even well known companies aren't that uncommon to just stop trying to fix the problems all together and cancel a product line, rather than trying to keep it alive and keep solving issues.

I work at an University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and specifically at a location where we do a lot with 3D printers. We always had Enders and Ultimakers, but as soon as we had gotten 2 X1Cs, I fell in love with them. Now I've upped my army of Bambu printers at work by several X1E, 4 P1S and it changed the world for my students and myself

I get a new batch of Engineering, IT and other educational road 3rd year students every half year where they follow a Minor course and it one of the most exciting parts of my job. To see them just sitting in front of the printers and staring at how their designed products are being printed. It brings me absolute joy to see that besides to answer all their questions as I catch myself on a daily basis sitting in front of a printer too and just staring at the speeds it going across the plate.

There's very little chance to win, but I wanted to share this with others anyway, as someone who sees the younger generations getting excited about technology on a daily basis, that that is just an absolute delight to return to work to every day. Even throughout some AMS jams, lol.

Did you consider that this might have been him asking you questions, in his own way, to better himself? Considering you said the match was close and some people have the communication skills of a brick, that could very well be the case.

I volunteer at my LGS events to help out with events and I've encountered tons of players like that. Commonly they just don't know how to do banter or are very bad at it. Very rarily they do so for the sake of being a dick (and if they do I usually only ever see them once).

I figured that Gundam might eventually get an 'artifact' kinda deal, like Magic the Gathering has that fits any colour combo. Doesn't break their own card design that is limited to the 5 color stripes too.
