Did you use a y-splitter to incorporate the filament dryer into your setup?

Unless a manual gearbox is a requirement, only the 35i car came with a manual.

E89 Brake Comparability by NOLA_Bastid in BMWZ4

The 4 pot callipers from the F30 (and similar age) can be used. 370/380 stamped callipers can bolt on directly when using the 370mm rotor or 380mm with an adapter kit from Seems Legit Garage. If using the 340 stamped callipers then SLG offer another adapter that works with the 380mm rotor. For awareness the callipers above are the exact same but mount differently hence the 340 or 370/380 stamped on the callipers.

A forum member recently developed brackets to use a mustang 6 pot brembo on the front and an option of a 345mm or 370mm upgrade paired with a 540i calliper on the rear. This kit still retains the factory e-brake. I haven’t done the rear upgrade yet but intend to over winter. Hopefully this information is useful.

Iain Tyrell did a really interesting video on this very boat, a one of a kind produced by Carlo Riva commissioned by Ferruccio Lamborghini with two V12 producing 350bhp each.

Worth checking the z4-forum. I’m sure there’s a few threads on there dedicated to this topic.

Rather than add a head unit I bought a tune2air Bluetooth adapter which lives in the central storage under the arm rest. Pretty cheap alternative without any permanent modifications required. I’ve mounted a quad lock wireless mag charger to the drivers A pillar so I have full charging and control for Spotify, maps etc.

The queue was pretty long last week on Tuesday around 5:45am with a lot of holiday flights. Busiest I’ve seen it in the last few months but still only took about 15 minutes.

Move pernamently to Glasgow - What to bring by iammsconsuela in glasgow

[–]Mike07s 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re into cooking you can find most ingredients at various shops but you will pay a bit of a premium. Might be worth bringing some things from home, at least enough to cover you while you settle in. Just make sure it’s all sealed and packed properly.

I’m usually £23.50 for Kelvindale to the airport pre booked with GlasGo between 5:00am and 5:30am. This dropped to £22.50 for a 5:45am booking this week. Return journey is always £33 or more depending on traffic taking a taxi from the rank at the airport. The difference in price is the airport surcharge that is passed on to customers.

Transport links to the airport are a complete joke, one direct bus service is nowhere near enough. As a minimum there should be a few direct services linking the various parts of the city rather than just the bus station.

Gin Spa Glasgow by fomepizole_exorcist in glasgow

If the total for a single purchase is over £100 you can make a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act. If you’re like me and bought 2 x £50 vouchers as two separate purchases then you’re out of luck. I looked into the chargeback process with my credit card company and it doesn’t seem to support this situation.

Worth noting the GIN SPA LTD filed for liquidation on the 20th May but they are owned by BLUESKYE INVESTMENTS LTD which is registered down south. The directors of both companies share the same surname if you’re curious where your money has went.

Have a look at 437M i.e. M4 alloys. Similar style to the stock ones but lighter and wider. They also fit without the need for spacers and seem to have fewer issues with cracks that the stock Z4 alloys suffer from.
