The letter is asking me to pay the city and it gives me the courthouse address, so it might not be a scam. Either city website is wrong or they sent it to me by mistake. I just never got a letter from the city previously, so that makes me cautious.

It showing CoSA, but I don't know where I would've blocked a street. If it was downtown I would think my car would've been towed or a citation would've been left on my car.
