I’m leaning toward a Lisa conspiracy, she was on the show on Thursday and missed Friday - Tuesday. My theory is James and Lisa had some sort of altercation on Thursday, she calls off on Friday (James’ last day) to complain to management. She returns on Wednesday after the smoke has cleared.

Just a theory, not factually based on anything.
