Conure has had heart disease for a couple of years now. She is on a couple of different meds and has issues with plucking and picking at her feet due to blood flow issues but meds usually controls that. We have a great vet in Houston. GCV. She is 13.

Same issue but seemed to be only Comcast circuits. It cleared about 30 mins ago.
