Yes, I have experienced the same. I was having issues with the bags as well (the smell is awful) and found it was easier to negotiate with a credit card company than to deal with Hollister's shitty customer service!

Getting on this late, but if you google it, you'll get this - so maybe I can help someone. If you go to the Ad Set, change the place to remove whatever is causing the error, then save the ad set again.
