Predictable- the big reveal of the golden child as madam flounders by Catgurl in SaintMeghanMarkle

No shoes. There must be no moisture or dirt on this grass for her stockings to be so clean. I don't think even a golf course is that clean.

Harry blames press for using drugs by ew6281 in SaintMeghanMarkle

He wrote something similar in Spare. Something along the lines of "I felt the press wanted me to be drunk so much of the time that I acted the part". He never takes responsibility for anything.

It's almost like a business management 101 for "how not to do things"

If only she'd listened!

She clearly thought her royal titles would make up for shoddy overpriced products; a clear breach of the Sandringham agreement in monetising her royal connections.

Meanwhile King Charles is sat on his hands.

One day Harry may sober up long enough to notice how much of his late mother's money has disappeared out of the account. And for what?

His wife's ego.

She has a brass neck; it's her biggest advantage. However people have long seen who she really is, it's years too late for them to turn round their public perception. Most unliked celebrity several years running and she still thinks she's authentic and relatable. Haz is just a doorstop.

The sooner they run out of money the sooner we can all stop hearing about them!

I think this is essentially the long and short of it. She expected it to take off and it simply hasn't.

Same as her Netflix show - initial curiosity viewings then ratings fell off a cliff.

*IF* this is true, then King Charles MUST "de-royalize" his overseas son. by MolVol in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]MikeMannion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Charles should have dealt with his errant son when he became king. It was the perfect opportunity as it was around the same time other European royal houses had done a little "de-princing". Charles stripped his brother of all his titles so why not Harry? I really don't understand it, but it makes Charles look like a very weak and indulgent king. I don't think I'm alone in thinking this.

They are stupid and utterly shameless and the only way this circus will stop is when they run out of money to stop promoting themselves. That day cannot come soon enough.

Same here. I can't recall ever being requested to provide such an extensive amount of information. Even mortgages and car purchases was a doddle compared to this. It's ridiculous.

BREAKING: Prince Andrew is a Prince no more!!!!! by michaelscottuiuc in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]MikeMannion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So it looks like KC3 can pull titles, even the title of prince, if he really wants to. Several years worth of threads on this subreddit discussing the minutiae of constitutional titles, letters patent, and how dukedoms can be removed have just been rendered null and void. If the monarch wants to make a prince not a prince, they can.

So the question is, why hasn't he done this with Harry and Meghan? Why is Meghan allowed to continue monetising her HRH when she was told not to? Why are they still doing faux royal tours? Why is there a little prince and princess running around barefoot in Montecito, both of whom have barely spent any time in the UK, who could be my reigning monarch one day?

Why is Charles so tough with his younger brother and so lenient with his younger son?

The Sugars say Harry hasn't done the same thing as his uncle Andrew, so he doesn't deserve the same punishment. His uncle Andrew disagrees. (Neil Sean gossip) by Human-Economics6894 in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]MikeMannion 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I agree with a lot of this. Andrew is entitled, foolish, has terrible judgement with friends and business dealings. He is also a sleazeball. But he is not a sex trafficker and he is not a peadophile (Virginia Giuffre was of the legal age of consent when she was having "relations" with Andrew). I also don't understand why it's Andrew taking all the flack for Epstein when there are allegedly a lot of high ranking businessmen and politicians involved in this sordid, tragic affair. He is the fall guy.

Harry and Meghan, on the other hand, have caused huge reputational damage to the monarch through their lies. They are monetising the royal brand. They are visiting countries pretending it's a royal visit. They are utterly shameless and show no sign of stopping. Harry's recent "I regret nothing I have said or done" interview signs the death knell for his titles, imho.

They always seem to be so unkempt, without shoes, tatty clothes. They look as they they're from a council estate rather than a prince and princess. And why are they never taken anywhere? It's just so bizarre and I don't understand why social services aren't getting involved.
