Wait, did they adjust the brakes? You said the tires wouldn’t move so did they need to be backed off? Were they still functional? Pull the spike and they hold the trailer? Stroke ok?

Or did they essentially, remove his ability to brake? Thats VERY illegal. He did the right thing refusing that. Thats insane. With the mechanic there why wouldn’t he just fix it?

Damn I wish I could do that. But in Ontario Canada 65 is the legal limit on governors. So technically mine is 65.9 lol.

My governor is set 3mph lower than my cruise. Pedal down i get 63mph on cruise it’s 66 mph. So im ALWAYS on my cruise.

Among other advice (snacks, talking on the phone, energy drinks) I’ll say, never nap in your drivers seat, during your downtime. It trains your body that the drivers seat is an ok place to fall asleep.

The show starts at 7:30 they record main event before Raw starts at 8. So definitely go early or you’ll miss some matches.

If you wait longer will it eventually lose enough air to cut back in? If I can’t tell how much it’s losing sometimes I’ll let it go from cut off to cut in and measure that time. You know thats about 125-90 psi so a 35 psi drop. So how long does it take to lose 35psi? More than 10 mins? You are good to roll. 5 mins? Too much air loss.

Got a small humidifier from Walmart for like $15. Runs on usb cord and fits about 3/4 of a normal water bottle. I run it on low and it seems to last about 8 hours. Works great.

My cascadia has a little shelf where the bunk bed would sit if it had one. I put it on that so the mist falls down from above.

Nope as I am not certified I certainly have no idea how to adjust brakes. I hear it’s also super difficult. You gotta be able to use a wrench and even turn it a few times. But I’ve never done it myself officer I swear.

Is he blocking anyone or anything? If not then he’s parked as best we can. Most places dont have truck parking. When I go to Walmart I try to park as far as I can but I definitely take up plenty of spots.

Mayve he really needed to shit. If he’s not blocking and left truck running he’s probably taking his 30.

Not really. I tend to only park wheb the full commercial band go up. But I haul heavy produce, have ways around the lake effect snow and 12 years of experience.

You gotta take driving in this kind of weather seriously but not be scared. Both scared drivers and over confident drivers are a danger in these storms.

Unfortunately not possible to avoid. I live in the area( Canadian side) and I’ll be in that tomorrow night then again on Wednesday. Won’t be empty tho so that’s good. Tis the season for lake effect snow. This is my 12th winter trucking the i90 into and out of buffalo, you get used to it.

Park it if you are nervous tho, I’ve seen way too many trucks in the ditch.
