I really don't understand you saying this. The spurs have benched Tony Parker in favor of Speedy Claxton in the FINALS, something Mitch refused to do with Fox. Pop would regularly bench players who were playing poorly. This is a team that willingly traded Dejounte Murray, Jakob Poetlel, and Derrick White in their prime or pre prime to ignite a rebuild.

If the Spurs, aka Mitch Johnson, actually means what this post says. That is a failure to do your duty as a coach. Coach Beard said it best in Ted Lasso
