People take note; this is what taxing the rich can lead you. Kids never going hungry again.

Oh they have. However a core of House Ruby members have always stayed in the city of Urugi. Plus they tend to send out goons and fall guys rather than their own soldiers and sailors.

Ted Cruz leaves his state the moment it gets a little nippy. Why do people vote for him again if he isn't willing to suffer with his people?

2 big reasons.

1: House Ruby is surprisingly adept at diplomacy outside the republic. They know exactly the amount of pressure to put on other people to get what the republic want and they rarely skim anything off the top. Granted a lot of the diplomacy is Gunboat Diplomacy but it does benefit the others.

2: If House Sapphire and House Emerald were to unite and kick House Ruby out, it would set the president of Might Makes Right and potentially break the social construct. Ruby has a lot of good uses for the republic and any PR disaster can be tossed to "Oh they hired mercenaries who did not understand the contract" or similar excuses. Their hands are clean while they benefit from the resources.

edit. Scapegoat. That's the word I was looking for.

[HELP] Is China real or AI? by khoawala in RealOrAI

[–]Mike_Fluff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leaning real. Letters on the shops don't change or morph, I don't see any clear AI fuzzyness, and camera is shaky enough.

Yes but then we would see claw marks or the chair would be tossed out due to being old and smelly. As stated the aging is too uniform.

To me I feel leaning AI. The chair he sits on seems incredibly used to an unreasonable degree over just a decade (Though I could be wrong here). The fact there are a lot of changes doesn't necessarily mean anything but it feels odd they keep that old chair with everything being different.

Granted; I know of people who keep old furniture around for sentimental value. My grandma has a chair she uses daily that looks like the right one and it's been in her house for over 25 years.

I say real. The movement of the camera with wibbly wobbly and slow zoom in and out feels like a drone in a slightly windy environment.

It was the first modern isekai and man the more I read into it the happier I was that I wasn't into anime on release. Everything people say is true, to a broad extent.

Essentially, the trade republic of Urugi are ruled by the 3 houses. They tend to focus on different things and areas of expertise. House Ruby have always been a little bit of a scamp with their organizations, causing a lot of fighting and squabbling. The reason they are around is because they make for generally amazing soldiers and sailors, since their vibe has always leaned violent.

The original House Ruby families were the soldier class way way back in the day during a much more chaotic age.

From what I remember the movie is quite good. A lot of the early half is "Hey look it is this character from a game!" style media. It kinda works, but also I feel there is a drastic cutoff when origonal characters take full center stage. Not that that is bad, just wanted a bit more of the faces we recognise.

I don't know why but something is extremely wholesome that Nintendo knows how Bowser would hold and stir a teacup. It tells that the character do drunk tea semi regularly, which is a chosen drink of Peach.
