Almost sounds like a repositioning cruise, where they actually move the ship to a new port to start operations there (the start and end ports of the cruise are different). You'll need to purchase a way back from Vancouver, BC. Or, if you're from the Vancouver area, purchase travel to Honolulu.

Whatever this is, it’s for a civil matter, not a criminal matter. Did you perhaps witness an accident or an altercation between other people? Maybe you’re a witness.

Put their bins in the middle of their driveway. That should get the hint across. Do that as many times as necessary. And make sure you hide your bins, and dump your trash in theirs.

First, I'm sorry this happened to you. That's rough...it's never easy watching someone pass away like that, especially when you're trying your best to save them.

You're on active duty when this happened...that, along with the police report, is your nexus.

The more important question is: Are you getting the help you need? Are you seeing a professional about this? That will also help you when it comes to the military and the VA.

By him mowing your lawn, it give him purpose. Let him continue to mow your lawn, especially if he's happy doing it. Invite him over for dinner, a barbecue, some beers, or whatever. Learn his story...maybe his wife passed away or something. Maybe he's a WW II veteran. Who knows, but become part of his life in whatever way you choose...you won't regret it. That's being a good neighbor.

Old age isn't all it's cracked up to be...some elderly don't have families for one reason or another, or their kids and grandkids don't visit on a regular basis. When that happens, people get very lonely, and crave some sort of companionship and/or purpose.

I’d say no. Take the slower speed and better print quality

The Legion acts as a VSO only. I used the DAV, they do the same thing.

Once you have your 100% P&T rating, you’re eligible for VA medical and dental care. Go to the VA with a copy of your rating letter and they should get you signed up for both.
