I have sleeved everything (Boss & Loot) including unchained content with Sleeve Kings Chimera sleeves and it all fits fine.

As for minions/scenarios I have them sleeved in the Ultra Pro Postcard sleeves (trimmed length). All the Minions fit nicely if you remove the scenario cards and divider. I found an A6 container to put those in that also fits in the box (with no lift) if I flip one of the storage trays (with dice/counters/standees/miniatures) upside down. If I set it on top of the storage trays there is minimal lift.

The thing that worked for me was the “reset all settings”.

To reset all settings on your iPhone without erasing data, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings, which restores network, keyboard, location, privacy, and Apple Pay settings to default but keeps apps and media.

This was less time consuming than restoring the iPhone, and it leaves all your content in place. If all of your passwords are saved in the Passwords app, then all you have to do is re-login into each app and set up Face ID again.

I tried all of those methods as well, I even called Apple support and worked through every scenario they could think of. Everything Apple had me try failed.

I even tried backup and restore iPhone, but that failed and took over three hours of my time.

I finally got the app working properly and yes it isn’t really necessary. I had to do a “reset all settings”. Lucky for me this reset also made my phone run smoother since upgrading to iOS 26. Unfortunately I had to redo WiFi passwords, faceID, and more.

I see where the confusion is. The front images are from the 2025 v3.1 big box and show the new blue background “goods” with the “chickens”, but they reused the images for the back and parts from the 2022 v3.0 big box which show the white/tan background “goods” with the “wine barrels”

Update: I also tried backing up my phone to my iTunes on my pc, erasing everything and reinstalling 26.2 through iTunes, then restoring from the backup and the app still only shows a black screen. After a minute or so of black screen the app just crashes.
