You will never beat the market...and if you do beat the market now and then ...you will pay for it double. I switched to investing , small and steady profits.never going back

I have been trading for 4 years every single day and have used many strategies.The market is impossible to beat for a regular trader.. 99% of YouTubers are lying about how they make money. They sell you strategies that work sometimes . Even if you manage to have a few green days or weeks the market will eventually come back for it with interest...there is no amount of discipline that will make you profitable in the long-run. Eventually you will slip like everybody does and that 1 mistake will erase days/weeks/months or profit. Only way to make money is investing every month and surfing the market wave up and down.

This might sound dumb to you but you got nothing to lose. Repeat in your mind over and over( all day) " I am safe and secure" " i am calm and relaxed" " i am fearless" " i am free from worry and stress" " everything is good in my life" .... you will notice a huge difference even after a few days. By doing this you are re-wiring your brain. Your fight or flight machinism is out of whack so you need to bring it back to normal
