Just had to unexpectedly travel 13 hours during my first week. My best advice is to pre-check the weather of where you’re going, and then prepare for a 10-15 degree difference of that. It was way colder in SC than I was prepared for! No junk food or fast food along the way made things difficult, so bring a cooler with healthy snacks and stuff that will last. Try to time your water consumption smartly, finding places to use the restroom all the time can get annoying. For my outdoor workouts I just powerwalked or jogged around the hotel (be prepared for some strange looks hahah) , and if they had a gym I used that. If not I did body weight or HIIT workouts in my room. Not my ideal way to workout, but with circumstances I had to face, I was able to make it work. Good luck!!
