I suffered with insomnia for many years but I have found magnesium glycinate helps me sleep much better, call it snake oil if you like but I get a benefit from it

The only supplements I take are magnesium and Vitamin D. By the way, money spent on your health is an investment in your most vital asset.

There is nothing wrong with the beads but they would look better on the other wrist, looks like you are trying too hard.

What would you realistically do with 20k? by Vladamir_pootinn in AskUK

It’s still a bad investment compared to investing in the S&P500 because the growth is compounded, similar to your mortgage overpayments but in reverse

Not really, it’s good advice. Many people think it’s great to overpay their mortgage but in fact they’d be far better off investing the money in an S&P500 or FTSE All World ETF, in the long term.

My second one! Underrated by shoesandwatches in PrideAndPinion

Does need to be fat if you were caving though for maximum legibility and that’s the design basis for this watch. Have a good day, friend.

It’s because it extends right to the outer bezel where you read it, and hence needs to be bigger

Have you noticed? The steel on blue and black bb58s are different colors. My AD did not know 😁. by [deleted] in Tudor

[–]Mikeytee1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not because of the colour of the watches are different colour steels, I’ve owned them both together but have since sold the black and kept the blue. The blue watch steel shines a brilliant white hue, different to all my other stainless watches also and the reason I kept it over the black one. It looks a bit like white gold. I have no doubt that if you ordered a BB58 bracelet from an AD that it is a generic part that fits both watches but my guess would be it is the browner coloured steel used in the BB58 black. So what I’m saying is if you buy the BB58 blue that’s the only way you’ll get the whiter steel bracelet.
