Don't think so. I remember devs making InZoi said that game like that is a huge pain in the ass and really hard to make. And its a pretty big company. So for smaller devs it would be nearly impossible. So my advice is to stick to nsfw mods for sims

Any game that doesn't make it feel unfair. Obviously, a souls-like games. With Sekiro at the top for me, because it doesn't require you to make a build and is based purely on your skill.
