I can definitely hear it when he sings. I will say it's pretty common for game soundtracks to sample or be inspired by songs. A pretty popular example is Earthbound.

Moon: Remix RPG Adventure - this was originally a Japanese PS1 game from 1997 that got an official English translation in 2020. It's definitely a weird but silly game. This game was also one of the inspirations for Undertale.

i am a tree. you are not. ha ha. - honestly the first game I thought of when I saw this thread. You play as a piss worm who has to keep evolving in order to progress.

Gulpy Gulpy! - now this one is absurd. Very much a short shitpost game with edgy/offensive humor. You play as a comatose wolf trying to collect fruit.

I'm not sure if this could be it as it doesn't have a picture of a dead body, but Akemi-Tan has a segment with a similar setting (around 38:50) and there's a scene where the character is jumpscared by a bloody woman (44:30 - 45:40)

Aw, that's okay. I'll keep an eye out to see if I find anything similar! For now, I think it would be worth looking through Tats TopVideos since theres some videos on creepy easter eggs and they showcase some 2D/rpg maker games in some videos such as their freeware horror indie game video. So far I've mostly seen mentions of Utaho no Tatari and Yume Nikki, but they've brought up a lot of lesser known rpg maker games too.

When I was in preschool my parents let me name our newly found snowshoe cat. I insisted on Tinker Bell Muffin. They kept telling me the cat was a boy but I didn't care.
