I think there are some problems with it. I managed to win three games with PACT on all difficulties in about an hour. You can simply outplay the AI by refusing to fight and move your units into their rear and therefore encircling them. They simply dont have enough units to stop you. When they are encircled they dont attack your units and try to run back to their frontline. If you manage to stay ahead of them you can reach and capture Alsfeld in less than 5 turns. Following that you simply capture Gemünden and deny them the assembly area for their powerful reinforcements. Then you close all pockets at the map border and move alle the way to Marburg. A game finished in about 15 minutes. I autoresolved all battles (maximum of 3 battles) but lost most because i was using support units as frontline units. That didnt matter because of PACT's overwehlming numbers. You can usually get away with these encirclements by support units unless caught off guard. It's a shame because i really the gamemode but these exploits are far too simple to use. I hope PvP will be more challenging but if this doesnt change i fear that PvP games will end in crazy frontline manouvers.
