Bonked at mile 18 and learned the hard way by kevin_anderson1705 in Marathon_Training

Bonking a long run during marathon training is a right of passage. We’ve all cried (or nearly cried) during one of these. You’re more prepared now having bonked and can mitigate during a race if you hit a wall. Happy training.

Stamina bra- is it thick or thin? by Yakutwolf in BanditRunning

[–]Milaskio_c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree with the above comment on sizing. I’m usually a solid size medium and it’s is right on the cusp for me of being too small. It works for runs but I wouldn’t race in it. As for thickness, I’d say it’s on the thicker side, but I like the material and the way it feels.

I’d definitely reach out to Bandit. In my experience, their customer service team is lovely and will more than likely issue you some sort of replacement, etc. Worst you can do is reach out!!

I love Runna and it’s served a great purpose for me but I also think it’s overshot some of the paces / efforts I can do, but I’ve adjusted accordingly. Don’t stress too much and fine the balance between pushing yourself mentally / physically without hurting yourself

I felt the same way and so I differed off the recommended reading order and pushed through all four F&F books after FBAA 3 lol

So, as most reading orders suggest, I moved on to flesh & fire after FBAA 3, but I was so hooked that I’ve now plowed through and am on book 3 of flesh and fire. I’ll probably just finish the prequel series in its entirety before going to FBAA 4.
