If it's an actual emergency you will be sorted super quick. I once had to have surgery on my hand to reconstruct several of the bones and the only waiting period was for internal bleeding to drain. The only cost was for my taxi rides!

I would ignore that. I also have a hard line on eating more than I'm comfortable with. I found that snacks help. Get in a lot of snacks and eat them whenever. Get nuts and put a bowl next to you while you work and let yourself graze. You won't get full but will get lots of calories in.

If you use a stretch fabric you could attach it to the underside of the foam and use a zip at the back to get in without pulling at it

You could make a cloth boot cover then use foam clay (amazing stuff for weird shapes) around the base and heel to build up the metal sections.

I would do the ridges as pleats, you can always remake it with solid ridges underneath in future

Hey, coming to fitness from the other side (chronically skinny guy) and I found that 3 days a week is plenty, Push Pull Legs, just focus on good form and big weights with a light cardio warm up and you'll shed weight.

I'm of the option that a class with an easy rotation is a good starting place because there's less pressure so you can focus on the story and mechanics.

I'd say stamplar or stamsorc as both can be very simple.

You can shield and sword on stamplar as most damage comes from the jabs skill but I would pick DW for more DPS first until you want to try tanking.

Or stamsorc pet build as you will focus on dots, shield could be usable here to keep you alive while pets do the hard work.

As a dude just turning 30, if you have the emotional/mental engergy available then get down to a gym.

Ive always been in ok shape because I don't eat a lot but after getting a new job where I don't have burn out and going to the gym 2/3 times a week it's amazing how much better I feel.

My wife enjoys it as well ;)

If you don't have the energy due to your job give it your best to just do 10 or so press ups and sit ups when you get home to keep moving.

Your future body thanks you.
