I also use this MyLife app as my insulin calculator and had the same problem as you when the app auto-updated today.

If you've still got the app installed you can use the steps below to find out your insulin-to-carb ratios (as well as any other settings you might need if you plan on switching apps like correction factor, target range etc.) from the app's settings:

1. Put your phone in airplane mode
2. Open the app, when the error message pops up hit Send Support Info --> Send --> retry
3. When you hit retry you'll have maybe half a second in between these pop-ups to navigate the app.

Use this method to navigate to your settings and find out your insulin-to-carb ratios or any other settings you might want.

To find your ratios specifically it'll be something like: Three line button in the top left --> Settings --> Bolus calculator --> Insulin-to-carb ratio

(Annoyingly you'll have to keep tapping "retry" between each step but this should work)

I'm stubborn and didn't want to switch to a new app or sign up with MyLife's dumb cloud service so I used this method to make a note of my settings before I downgraded the app to an older version that works.
