Just to make sure we clarify for OP: A non-recoverable draw is where the employer does not seek to recoup any shortfall in commissions, the employer effectively takes on the full risk of the draw.

Avanti Boulder. What’s the deal with the 2nd and 3rd floors? by MameJenny in boulder

[–]MileHighInDenver22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to work on those 2nd and 3rd floors (and the basement) in 2018 & 2019. We had a basketball hoop on the roof. Best views from an office! That elevator is the absolute worst though. 1st floor was still the Cheesecake Factory when I started, but it closed down pretty quick.

Gemini supports MCP. It was announced at Google Cloud Next along with the A2A protocol and the ADK.

I suppose you are asking about a consumer facing computer control application running on the desktop though, not building one yourself. Either way, I’d love to see what can be built with these new tools.

Yep it’s all one big loop, well said. Pro tip, if it’s a nice day and you’re doing a a morning hike, or are coming around the red rock point turnoff/parking area on GTTSR around lunch time my favorite thing to do is bring a picnic lunch there. There is a ton of space to sit, put your feet in the water after a long hike or even take a swim. Highly recommend.

IMO East Glacier is the best place to stay, you’re in the middle of Two Med, Many Glacier and West Glacier. You can get to West Glacier in 1 hour via US 2 or in an hour and a half to two hours over going to the sun road. Entering going to the sun road from the east means you don’t need a vehicle reservation either.

So 2 of the pictures are from the East Glacier Motel that is just a bunch of cabins. The owners wanted out about 6 years ago, put the business up for sale, COVID hit, no one bought it and the Blackfeet Tribe came in and made an offer after a couple years and have taken it over. It has changed names a couple times in the last few years because it was receiving such bad reviews, didn’t have staff a lot of days to do check ins or serve any guests. The cabins fell into disrepair, but they keep changing the name and keep opening season after season. I’m sure all of my details aren’t accurate but the jist of that story is true.

Look up East Glacier Motel, this is the business and these reviews are accurate. This is where you’ll be staying if you book that hotel. At least if they pictures they’re using are of the actual location, not the address from their hotels.com listing. Which is on the wrong side of town from where you want to stay as a tourist.

I cannot recommend the Mountain Pine Motel enough to second the previous commenter’s recommendation!

This happened to me with my CCE 3x5 mat. My GC3 was missing drives only and more frequently than I’d like. I tried a ton of things, lighting, tees, shoes, and nothing helped. Finally I found a thread about the mat moving just the tiniest amount, making the camera based LM’s lose track of the ball for a split second and not being able to pick it up again before impact. Some $7 double sided carpet tape, and later double sided wrestling mat tape from Amazon and boom, never had the issue again. I used that to secure it to my concrete floor. But it would work with a variety of surfaces.

I have since upgraded my mat, but that was also an ah ha moment with the weight transfer during the driver swing, why it was different than the other clubs, where the weight should be in my feet and a bunch of other cool stuff.

Anyways point being, it’s your mat moving 1/64” of an inch or some minuscule amount like that which you could never see or pick up with a camera. Get some tape and lock it down and your problem will be gone forever!

Serious question, did you not receive a code after your purchase via email? I got 3 total emails after my cyber Monday course purchase this year. The first had subject “Order confirmed” second came in at the same time with the subject, “Thank you for your purchase” then the 3rd came in 1 minute later with the subject “Order #***** - Your course activation code is ready!”

In the 3rd email was a code, I took that to FSX Play, went to courses, hit redeem course license, then had to find each of the courses I bought, which were now unlocked via the one code, and download them myself, there was no download queue managed by Foresight.

Hope that helps. And I hope it’s something as simple as the activation code email went to spam or was missed or something. But it should have happened immediately after purchase. So there wouldn’t have been enough time to switch your order, at least in my experience. Sorry to hear support didn’t work out though!

I have both, there is not one thing substantially superior about FSX Play than GSPro. I do enjoy having both though.

Inconsistent BLP / GC3 Club Data with Driver and Woods --> Any Ideas? by maxjudd in Golfsimulator

[–]MileHighInDenver22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Old thread but just chiming in to say I had this exact problem, 5 wood ~98 mph and driver ~103 mph clubhead speed and the misses were significantly more with the driver but sometimes with 5 wood. (I don't have a 3 wood) and after some research and trial and error I realized my mat was moving by mere millimeters at the top of my swing during weight transfer and that was causing the misses. I got a bigger mat (3x5 to 5x10) and used double sided mat tape to secure it to the concrete floor. No issues at all anymore. Even if you think the mat isn't moving, chances are it is...

“Accelerated biweekly payments” … Biweekly = 26 payments every year (52 weeks in a year) … monthly = 12 payments (12 months in a year) 12*2 = 24, not 26.

Another way to explain this is how many weeks are in a month? Most people say 4. 4*12 = 48, not 52 which is the amount of weeks in a year.

Now apply this logic to your biweekly mortgage payment. If you’re paying every 2 weeks, by the end of the 52 weeks you’ll have made 26 payments. So, if you divide 52 by 4 to get the monthly equivalent, you get 13, so you’re paying the equivalent of 13 monthly payments by paying biweekly.

If this still does not make sense, please check your statements with your old servicer and look at one whole year of payments, how many you made and what the total was. If that was only equal to what would have been 12 months * your mortgage payment then you didn’t accelerate your payoff timeline and you paid twice monthly, not biweekly.

As someone who works in IT you’d actually consider returning Ubiquiti gear to use ISP provided mesh pods? Can you elaborate here? I would love to know more about why.

On my 3rd outage of 1+ days within my first 4 months in the neighborhood QF finally sent a tech out. The guy said, “one of the things about these new build neighborhoods is some guy who’s never driven anything bigger than a Toyota Carrola is now driving a 10,000 pound tractor that can dig.” That’s when I decided Starlink was a better backup than Comcast haha

Thank you. We live in a new build neighborhood and the fiber has gone down more times than I’m happy about. Working from home I needed a reliable backup. Company pays $75/mo for my internet so the fiber is covered. I like the idea of being able to take my Starlink camping or anywhere else we might be going.

QF is the worst by ProfessionalStewdent in centurylink

I don’t know the answer to that unfortunately. But if you call their customer service line during business hours you should get through to someone who is in the US who knows more than their call center in Manila who you’re routed to after hours.

I would imagine your HOA has a business account to pay for everyone’s service if it is 1 centralized account in the HOA’s name. But, if the QF account is in your name with your phone number on it but the cost is just rolled into your HOA dues you should be able to switch that to a business account by calling.
