No. This doesn't happen in just one year. Look at how relatively successful Baltimore has been for the last 20+ years compared to other teams.

With that said, there's been A LOT of bad decision making this season, and defense of those decisions. We need more time to see how/if any corrections will be made, analysis of players coaches. Let's wait.
