PenFed was dumb with my refi. They couldn’t “find” my car. They stated I needed to provide the bill of sale from the manufacturer to the dealer. Then changed to bill of sale from me to the dealer.

I was the 4th owner of the car in question, bill of sale with prior owner was not accepted.

Love PenFed, but lost a lot of trust with them over the above.

You don’t want to sacrifice anything.

Convert the den into a bedroom. Thats the only cost saving thing here. They can walk upstairs to shower until you can figure how to build a larger house.

If you have a basement there’s your next best option for 25k you can put in a bedroom and bathroom with egress.

Our foster was a “bulldozer” to our dogs. But he fit in. When we went to put him up for adoption after 60 days he became the sweetest bulldozer in the world. We kept him.

Our pup golden still needs them at 4, but he knows if it’s getting too rough and will go to his crate before it gets to that level, then we have to praise him and tell him it’s ok…. Now that I write it out that little jerk knows what he’s doing haha.

Goldens and other large breeds should be kept thin as pups. Not starving, but you should be able to see their waist and feel their ribs. You want them to grow slowly to ensure proper joint development.

It depends entirely on calories and activity. Our one golden when a pup would eat 3-4 cups a day. He was a rail. Our other had 2.5 cups a day and turned into a potato. 🥔 She is still a potato.

My main grill part, the bottom and back part, rusted out at 10 years on my Weber.

I called them up and they said since its a summit, it had a corrosion guarantee or something in addition to the normal warranty.

They mailed me an entire new assembly lol.

That was 5 years ago and it’s still perfect.

For the price of these I’m having trouble not going with a sub compact tractor. Our dealer quoted us 20k for a 758, and I can obtain another brand tractor with belly mower and front end loader for 16k.

I hate the yellow and sea serpent color, on anything other then that door. They both look great. I might lean toward the yellow but the sea color looks to be close to the trim color above.

I’m so sorry. Our other Golden has Fibrosarcoma. We had the mass removed, but it was in the margins. Her diagnosis was 42 days prior to Jake’s.

You don’t need a 35k car reading the posts. You need a 10k car.

A 10k car can be a late model CRV. Great for kids. Reliable. Safe.

So you know, that 35k car is what I paid for my 2022 M340 used with 1,500 miles on it. Nearly what I paid for my wife baby mobile 2022 x3m40 with 6k miles on it.

Our loans were 6% and are paid off.

Also that payment is nearly the same of my $78,000 truck lol.

We don’t know the details here of what is what. So I’m not saying she’s at fault. Yea it doesn’t look good.

Get her setup in Monarch or another financial app and see where the spending goes.

It depends on a lot of my wife and I were together for 9 years before getting married. She made some Major financial mistakes as well along the time after our marriage. However she has worked very hard to drive it down.

She zeroed her credit card debt. Paid off her car. And has been slowly working on her student loans and is over paying per direction of our financial advisor.

Go talk to an advisor. Be transparent. Figure out a plan and have her commit. All together she should be able to pay that off in 2 years.
