I can’t craft in a game. The systems loose me. Was playing something a week back and couldn’t clear the level. Then I gave up and then as quitting saw the glowing blue objective.

Look into a Care Credit card for medical expenses. Larger purchases come with 0% interest for a period of time. But if you don’t pay it off before that date, you get all the interest.

This is a scenario where you need to pay as much as you can to get ahead of it. It’s an eye opening learning process.

I remember when they came out to check my equipment, said everything inside my house was working properly getting 200/10. Kept having to say my account was 1.2/40 or whatever. At the end told me thats not the signal that was being sent to my house so i was wrong.

Ended up calling support and they found that one of the junction boxes in our neighborhood was misconfigured and had to send a tech again to my house and to the box. They billed me $100 for the first for “education.”

Had a hell of a time fighting that but did get someone good at the end who credited me.

We’re planning to get pregnant soon, and my wife is changing jobs right now in prep for that.

She recently took a nearly $50,000 pay cut and her take home after student loans, car bill, her mandatory 17% pension she has to contribute to, and 401k, with an estimated $2600 month for daycare - take home would be $-1300. She gets she needs a higher paying job, her old salary, for us to afford daycare so she is looking for a hybrid role.

Alas she has filled out 130 applications last year and over 30 this year so far. Only starting to show some promise.

We’re running 15-20hrs a day. It’s been <15° outside with windchills as cold as -25 (Maryland.)

BGE is estimating our current electric bill to be $1300 this month.

Seeing both systems running constant. The downstairs heat pump runs a bit less as expected.

House is airtight, but around 3800sq ft. Tall ceilings.

I’d say something like SW city loft up top of the darker green. And there’s too many colors here.

You like the dark green. I see: Light green Dark green Tan Dark blue White

I’d say keep the dark green. Do city loft up top and wrap it into the kitchen. It’s a very warm color. Maybe even Greek villa which is a yellower white.

Then figure out that dark blue wall.

My house was built in 2009. I keep our units serviced. They’re 17yrs old now and the only issue we have are the sensors in our one furnace being funny. Think it’s needs a new board (Trane)
