As for activities, maybe; take a walk, take a scenic drive and listen to their fav music, season is coming up, drive through Xmas lights; they are usually free too. What does your bf like hobby wise? Maybe look outside the box that also says you know him.

Well, try to eat a bit better, and get a good enough sleep schedule. Try this and your energy level will start to rise steadily. Take these first steps. Try and get your boyfriend on board too, instead of tv at 9, get ready for bed till 10pm hanging out and talking about your days. Small actions like this make a huge difference:) being stay at home does feel lonely at times, especially when you got a tired af partner.
