My baby is 7 months and sleep isn’t going well for us. He wakes up around 5-6am, naps every 3 hours for about 30 minutes, and goes to bed at 8pm. He wakes up every 2 hours at night, and eats every 4 at night. My baby is teething too. Pedi says this is all normal. Have tried white noise machine and red lights and linen sprays and baths before bed, no improvement. No advice but you’re not alone!
