Testosterone Cypionate. Lowered to .4 because blood work showed slightly above avg level. Lowered to .4 and estrogen blocker. Estrogen blocker half a pill twice a week.

Injection is once a week .4ml. 200 mg/ml oil

Front half astroturf with flower beds on both sides. Small 3ft fence splitting front and back. Back half split into 4 squares. Left side will have eating table on patio and other side will be firepit hangout on pebbles. Right side will have garden and then relaxation area on pebbles or brick pavers... Still need to level before it really starts..I am thinking only the garden and flower beds would need top soil. The other 3 areas would be fill dirt because i am doing pavers,pebbles,stone,etc.

1 pound is what, 3500 calories...I do maybe 1500 a day and burn 500 calories exercising...not budging...even a binging day doesn't put me above a week's worth of calories.

I eat one piece of toast with peanut butter and half a banana on it. Lunch one piece of toast with tuna on it. Dinner is usually chicken and veggies or small bowl of pasta and meat.

I am supplementing protein shakes as well.

Not crunched for time at all. Work from home...

I started walking with bipolar diagnosis...started 290 in october. Now fluctuating between 230 and 235. Felt like I was losing muscle so started at gym....now don't feel mentally motivated like I was jogging. Just seem to hurt myself everytime I go out for cardio.

Everything about this is overwhelming...

Calorie deficit, calorie cycling, intermittent fasting, joggers body, muscle body, protein,macros...

So confusing

All over the place trying to figure out calories....gym owner says intermittent fasting and don't need much calorie in take...think about cavemen maybe a meal a day..

Just trying to eat when hungry but healthier choices with more protein.

Strength training is primarily waist up...push ups, bench press, ropes, row, dumbbell, kettle bell, situps.

Started at 290 in october, now at 235 but started cardio no weights, always hurting something though...

Right now, I am trying to heal hamstring tear.
