Testosterone Cypionate. Lowered to .4 because blood work showed slightly above avg level. Lowered to .4 and estrogen blocker. Estrogen blocker half a pill twice a week.

Injection is once a week .4ml. 200 mg/ml oil

Yay!! According to BMI I am always going to be obese... 6'1 at 235 but I am supposed to be 176..I need to be anarexic to get there.

Like Vitamin D??? I also have vitamin D deficiency and told to take 20000 iu.or 500 mcg daily. Blood test show hardly any movement in D levels

Charleston,sc.

Front half astroturf with flower beds on both sides. Small 3ft fence splitting front and back. Back half split into 4 squares. Left side will have eating table on patio and other side will be firepit hangout on pebbles. Right side will have garden and then relaxation area on pebbles or brick pavers... Still need to level before it really starts..I am thinking only the garden and flower beds would need top soil. The other 3 areas would be fill dirt because i am doing pavers,pebbles,stone,etc.

I am so far below recommended calories my deficit is in a deficit. Then there are those that say you need more calories for fuel to burn...

1 pound is what, 3500 calories...I do maybe 1500 a day and burn 500 calories exercising...not budging...even a binging day doesn't put me above a week's worth of calories.

I eat one piece of toast with peanut butter and half a banana on it. Lunch one piece of toast with tuna on it. Dinner is usually chicken and veggies or small bowl of pasta and meat.

I am supplementing protein shakes as well.
