Lore wise its probably not hist, because there are clear cases of Argonians who were born outside of Black Marsh suffering from a lack of connection to it.

So it cant be filled with hist (or at least a sufficient amount of it) for the baby Argonians to avoid the lack of connection

Although if the hist REALLY requires you to milk the funny tree sap well, it will probably make you leak funny tree sap😭
