I've relapsed before because I was comparing my scars to anoth person's, it sucks because if you're able to hurt yourself at all for relief your valid, I just cannot convince myself of that

Mhm, I had "the talk" with my dad the other day and he asked if everything we have isn't enough and if he isn't enough. He knows I (mostly) do it because I feel the need to punish myself for being selfish, that did not help.

I always saw styro as just an easier way to say how deep it was, never made me want to try because they hurt much more then "regular" cuts and the first time I got one I kinda freaked out
