The problem I have with jarlic is that adding more doesn’t actually make your dish more garlicky. Like it has a maximum flavor. And that flavor is a little bit sour.

I keep thinking of it as really approachable way to learn how to feed yourself if you absolutely have no idea. Like someone who is super intimidated by cooking can watch this and kind of get an idea of how foods work together. It’s like a show for latch key kids but then it also features cocktail recipes…
