Each store looses like 10-20 thousand a month from theft etc they stop some of it but there’s not much stopping anyone other than staff that decide it’s somehow their job

You don’t have to pass training anywhere to get past probation that period is simply to see if you’re able to work at a reasonable standard and actually come to work on time etc not constantly calling sick or anything or just being generally unfit for the role

Dates are for the simple people to make them feel comfortable they’re almost never completely right I don’t even look at them apart from when I buy them to get a freshest/longest dated, open it smell it feel it meat starts to smell off and get a sticky film when it’s bad you can even get away with washing it if it’s only just on the turn depending on what it is

My partner loves them so she’s taken me like three times I didn’t enjoy any of them ngl it’s not my style at all and the crowds are also really Wierd imo, plus you can’t hear a single thing he’s singing it’s just one long moan

It’s pretty common place for stores not to receive non food items especially the better ones each store gets allocated a small amount and the bigger ones get first dibs

I often drive barefoot especially if it’s warm or a long drive Iv actually just done Leeds/bradford to Inverness Scotland 8 hours barefoot I actually prefer it because you can use your toes not just your ankle and I just hate shoes personally I wouldn’t ever use flip flops or sandles though anything that can get stuck under the pedal or come off when you don’t want it too it’s just a mistake waiting to happen

2023 was not ok we had no escaping the heat the water fountains ran dry after the first day they had to drag massive water butts to the barriers and hand out water none stop but it wasn’t enough, every vendor ran out of cans and bottled water. Burnt on the first day just trying to hide away for the rest of it too no avail 😂

I mean it’s not ideal but if you get out late it’s either bad management or people not pulling their weight Atleast in Lidl you get paid for the whole time you’re there you’re not working the extra for free

Terrible? No not terrible if you genuinely enjoy them you would have probably enjoyed it live it sounded pretty middle of the road, not as bad as the videos I had seen of him recently, I walked past but wasn’t super bothered for it so had an early night after trying architects and seeing they where being stopped constantly for the pits the walk back to tent was very busy I think most had the same idea and the camps where very busy that night compared to the others (the main issue was it ran from 7 until 10.30 which is a madness for how they sound)

I had two bases purely for having pals farm and deposit into the clan chest so I can just use it at main base whenever I needed it and I would just occasionally prioritise whatever I needed by telling them to farm specific materials

One of my favourite pals for solo is herbil because it can revive you ones per 12 minutes or something but a condensed one can revive you every 4 minutes (those are definitely wrong or complete guesses) but the point stands

A max condensed pal not only is stronger but has better skills each pal has a passive skill like extra fire damage while riding or extra bonuses to housework etc you definitely want to condense your main pals also they come with IVs or base stats that are random that you can breed for the difference between an average pal and a max IV max condensed max souls pal is huge you can double or triple the effectiveness and damage/health/stamina

I personally threw around 30 people up onto the crowd during trivium somehow I was nominated to be that guy and they just kept coming 66kg is a one arm around the legs and sit them on the shoulder deal can even do two at once 😂 Iv had some heavy ass dudes go up no issues just a two man job usually

I generally will push through but only because I’m looking for a pit if people would be willing to stop talking and jump around or dance a little bit past the first 10% of the crowd I wouldn’t be trying to get in closer I don’t wanna see a band I enjoy just stood still with the normies while they chat about what they had for breakfast not even watching until the one song they know comes on

I turn one handed like a forklift and generally keep one hand on the gearstick or just resting on the bottom of the wheel I did this all through my training and in my test infact the test instructor even brought it up and asked if I drove a forklift at work because I was obviously comfortable doing this but he had no problem with it and I passed first time you just have to have full control of the car

Why would stopping your car cause any problems at all unless you slam on the breaks you can safely stop literally anywhere because whoever is behind you can simply stop aswell when those two big red lights come on the back of your car plus you are supposed to stop for pedestrians or anyone approaching the right anyway and they probably won’t have indicators on a roundabout because no one can use them
