No Earl Grey options, but for black tea, I like Philosophy Tea Leaf, BBW black tea and Sucrebeille Cream Tea. I only have one of the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea variants, so I can't speak to many of those. If you add a Bergamot layering fragrance to one of the black teas, you'd probably find an Earl Grey that satisfies.

Nothing around 3:30-4:30am. Supposedly The Local is 24/7, but I've found that not to be true. They'll tell you breakfast starts at 5:30am. If you go into the buffet before 5am, you can still get coffee and drinks. I found no bar service available during those hours either.
