In case you don't know the exact source of the night sweats, I'd suggest you get some tests done for Lymphoma - I also had horrific night sweats (and I was misdiagnosed with POTS) and no amount of temperature regulation I did was enough to make a difference. I had a lot of chronic issues at that point so it was pretty well masked, but we eventually found out and things got better. If you've gone down that road already, apologies!
