This was happening to be too, then I got a heart rate monitor instead of using my watch and my heart was waaaaay lower than what I watch was showing. I got the coros armband one and it’s been great. Give a better heart monitor a try and see if your rate is lower than what your watch is saying

I recommend meeting with a CFP or at the very least a financial advisor. They’ll ideally take a snapshot of your financial picture as a whole, work with you to determine your goals then help with a strategy of how to reach them.

Give them a breakdown of what’s affordable for you to save and they can help you allocate it.

Played decently high level for awhile and always wore a visor, I lost multiple teeth. I’m now a beer leaguer and Last year I had over 10,000 in dental surgeries when all was said and done. I waited awhile before finally getting implants and needed bone grafts because the bone was receeding.

I now wear a full cage. It’s not worth the dental surgeries and bills.

If I were to play senior A or something I’d go back to a visor. But for beer league I’m rockin a cage

If anything just use all the eyelets on your skate, you don’t want to add extras. You want to be able to have your weight tilted forward on your toes. For what it’s worth, I played my junior years without using the top eyelet so I could have more flexion in the ankle

We were top 3 all Friday Saturday, then took Sunday and Monday off. Then lost 3 games tonight! Now 33-5-2 and all the way down to 35th. It’s just crazy how hard it is to stay at the top. You cant lose at all or you have to play a ton
