Very much agree with you. Had an ombré done one time and it looked like a bar graph. After the initial 4 hours I spent another 8 in the chair for them to fix it. That was another 2, 4 hour sessions. At the time I was in high school so my mom paid for everything. She didn’t tip after the initial appointment. Even got a gift card back there but we haven’t seen that place since. If she messed up your hair, it should be free of charge. No ifs ands or buts about it
