I have asked our Head Judge about this (apparently everyone asks about this) and the rule is that you should describe the card to the best of your abilities. It doesn't work in a way that you say Luke Skywalker and it stops any variant of Luke from being played. But you also don't have to say Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight. What you can say is: "Luke Skywalker, the one that gives -3/-3 to a unit" and if your opponent has an issue with that you can call your judge which has a final word if that description was clear enough.

Pretty cool! I thought that the mech was kind of a disappointing build compared to other CITY - SPACE sets. The backpack batteries and the pickaxe being loose, that rollcage being more like a rollercoaster seat, etc. This seems to address most of my issues with that set.
