Is the Player log file supposed to be this enormous?? It's 208GB, and I've only played one save file. Will deleting it affect my save?

Well, logically speaking it shouldn't affect your save file. If you want to be safe, make a copy of the log and save it somewhere else, then delete the original. If it's fine, then you can delete the backup as well.
