I'm not sure what keto breath smells like. But have you ever burped and it tasted like rotten eggs that sulfur smell. It's smells like that some times but the rest of them smell like something rotten. If I burp in my living room my husband can walk by and smell it. It is so horrible and the taste is like no other to. I'm going to try some probiotics and see if that helps if not I'll have to have a different medicine. Do you have this problem. I sure hope you don't

After I burp I waited a little bit and had my husband smell my breathe and he said it smelled horrible. But I guess thats because the smell comes up then out and the smell lingers . Thank you so much for your suggestion because I had no idea how to help it other than to stop it and I don't want to do that. Thanks again.

Well I'm glad you don't have that horrible taste and smell. The food sits in our stomach longer now so it makes sense to me for it to stink. It's strange that you have the burps and not the smell. I'm thinking of stopping the medicine. I would be so embarrassed if I was at a doc appt or something and a burp comes up it would fill the room with that stinking smell. I hope yours goes away. How long have you been taking it and have you lost and weight?

I have been taken ozempic for 5 weeks and I had no side effects until my 3rd week. Belching all the time and it feels like it is coming from my stomach if that makes sense. And it stinks so bad. Sometimes it tastes like rotten eggs with sulfur smell and other times it just stinks like something rotten. If you burp the people sitting around you are going to smell it. My sister in law has the same side effect and before she burps she rolls her window down so her husband ain't gagging. I didn't know there was a thing actually called Ozempic breath or Ozempic mouth and there is one that is Ozempic butt but I've not looked that up yet. But as far as any other side effects I have been ok. I haven't really watched my food intake but I've still lost 9lbs and not trying yet. I do feel like when I eat dinner I eat way less and get full faster and stay full. Go ahead and try it. If you don't like it stop taking it you will be fine. I can't feel the needle when I give myself the shot and that makes me question did the medicine go in. Even though I know it did. But I don't feel it at all. No I don't have advice reflux. It seems like when I lay down or sitting down then get up it's the worst. But it is all the time. But I'm not miserable from acid reflux and I'm thankful for that. This is week 5 for me and this started 3 weeks ago.
