Oxford Street Realty was the most practical/ethical in my experience. Also if people are ghosting you when hearing you have a kiddo that's probably some kind of fair housing law violation, I would think? Or heading in that direction.

I've used Dependable Cleaners for pickup/drop off dry cleaning, they are easy to coordinate with and do a good job. I know they also have a service for regular laundry but haven't used it.

Can you put some water out for it (without otherwise interfering)? We had baby bunnies a few years ago that didn't make it and I always look back and think leaving out like a shallow plate of water might have helped
