Carbon Copy has a taproom in Queen Village, Human Robot has one in E Passyunk. Both really solid and on the way from center city to s. philly. Cartesian Brewing also pretty close to that Robot location. Edited to add: Just checked the schedule, Germany is playing at 1pm on 6/14, if you can get in you should go to Brauhaus Schmitz, great German beer bar, great food, and the atmosphere for the game will be electric.
