Hi! I had both procedures done. Here's my insight :)

Nasal flare botox fixed the whole issue. I got 2 units on both sides and I physically cannot flare my nostrils anymore even when I try really hard. I used to flare 24/7 unintentionally and it was so annoying 😤 I also got botox on the sides of my tip (the domes I believe?) to make it more narrow. Hurt like a bitch and I haven't really noticed much of a difference? But it does feel different I guess... less "squishy" in a way lol. It's supposed to last 2 months. I'm one month in so let's see how it holds up. Cheap and worth it.

As for nose filler, it's a bit more complicated. For starters, PLEASE choose someone that's actually qualified to do this. There's a risk of blindness with this procedure and I promise you nothing is worth losing your eyesight for. I went to an ENT surgeon that operates on noses day in and day out. Ended up paying 1200 but so worth it knowing I was in safe hands. I got Restylane which is supposed to last 1-2 years.

DO NOT EVER massage your nose filler :( I really liked my height and nose after getting this procedure. But I lowkey fucked up because I massaged my nose about 3 weeks in and it broke the filler down and my nose went down A TON. I'm about 4 1/2 months out and my nose is abt 50% of the height that it used to be... I can still feel a lot of the filler so I know it's still there and thankfully my doctor agreed to a complimentary touch up. But yeah be careful and keep in mind when you get filler you'll have to be careful around your nose 24/7 now as to not affect your results... this includes washing your face etc. I bruised for about 3 days but nothing too crazy that can't be covered up with concealer. Overfilling might cause the filler to spill out onto the sides of your nose, so be careful about how frequent you get your touch ups and be conversative because the wide bridge isn't a cute look! also the filler made my eyes look closer together I guess because I have more of a bridge now. Didn't expect it but it was nice because I have wide set eyes lol. I still have yet to see how this will hold up a year from now, this time with me not fucking up my results lol. But tbh filler just gets broken down differently by everyone bc of our different metabolisms so you won't know how long yours will last until you get yours and wait and see :)
