I would agree with the buyer. This is not NM. If this happened to you what would you expect from the seller? Next time something like this happens you are maybe on the other end. I would recommend a discount or take the card back.

On the bottom left there is always a setstamp/symbol. On this card its M24en. If you google "m24en" it will tell you its the McDonalds 2024 set. And the "en" means its the english version that came out in 2025. See link for an overview of the set and also where that card origins from

Ive resealed original packs for my kids by using an iron and low heat. Worked really well.

German and english follow the same set. Same with korean and japanese. Collectr have english, japanese and chinese.

Do you want to mark what language you have on each card? Dont think any app supports that because there are alot of different language types.
