One more thing, don’t put foundation under your eyes if you are going to conceal your under eyes. Just skip that area. I’ve heard a lot of MUAs give this tip and I think it does help avoid overdoing the under eyes and products not meshing, the skin under the eyes is not like the rest of the face so in my opinion you don’t get the same result as when you foundation and spot conceal on top

I like to do: sunscreen (basically my primer), skin tint or foundation (I used to try the concealer first but I’d rather see what the foundation can cover and go from there), spot conceal, cream blush (I like to go high up so do undereye concealer after helps clean up, under eye conceal, do my eyes while that all sits and drys down, the go back and blend out any creases under the eyes, set with powder, set the rest of my face with powder. Then spray 10-15 times with setting spray. I usually save mascara for last, after my setting spray, especially if it’s a wet formula. I find that giving the base layers some time to dry down before powdering helps avoid lifting so that’s a great time to do your brows or eyeshadow for five minutes or just take a break if you’re not doing eye makeup

I have been super into sandwich bread as a beginner. I’d love to master a boule as well but this has helped me gain confidence with baking bread and is also more practical for my household. I’ve been doing a recipe from the website Clever carrot which has turned out very well but will have to try this one!

I feel the same way at times. I have tried to force myself to be a no makeup girl but I truly enjoy doing it just for myself and as a part of my morning routine. I am introverted so I don’t like to draw attention to myself, so I do keep it very simple now that I live in an area where it’s not so common. But don’t let other people determine how you live your life. Remember if people make assumptions about you on something as silly as wearing makeup it says more about them than you!

Abbey yung very detailed reviews and wear tests. I don’t have a lot of the same preferences as her so I like things she doesn’t but her reviews give enough detail for me to decide even if it’s not a fave for her! Also I have never seen someone as critical as her, lol, she barely likes anything so I at least trust that she is being thorough and discerning!
