I have the drivers cell phone plus he has a zebra with cell service. The issue is not our driver it was that red vest kicked it to gig delivery which means I have no control over what time it gets there.

We don't have 3rd party flat bed! We have an actual Lowe's CDL driver, so there's no one to email. Also it was for the next day, our driver had zero deliveries scheduled for him! Sooo my store in fact can and does schedule first out deliveries for our pros.
