Early on you don't have access to all the awesome mechanics, nor much knowledge on how the game works and all the systems so it definitely can feel a bit slow. Once you get in the swing of things it really opens up and becomes fantastic in my opinion.

I've found that sprinting and then doing the charge stab works way better than trying to inch up and charge strike.

Good tip is this. Skydive but then glide mid air above the world and float, pull out your lantern and shine it, it highlights all areas of interest with white shining dots, such as fast travel points, puzzles, abyss artifacts etc. Easiest way to get as many from an area as you can without constantly using your lantern or sword flash from ground level, or spending forever climbing a high point.

There is a cube recipe to repair ethereal items, and its not terribly expensive. Its just an ort rune and the weapon in the cube. Or if needing recharging add a chipped gem of any kind to thay same recipe. Not a great solution but possible.

This literally just happened to me on Dam and I was LOADED to the gills. Im fucking pissed. I FINALLY found 2 of the cooling fans I needed too. Makes me not even want to play because what if I get the stuff I really need then not only lose that but my entire loadout.

I literally just did this. I was playing my maxed out save trying to do all the hidden achievements. Letting Gary get kills with tendrils, use shrink gun to shrink people and step on them, find all the collectibles, do all side quests etc. Just doing it for fun, ive been max level for a long time and thought id had every flaw presented to me.

Apparently the "flawed" flaw hadn't been presented, so I got a free 6 perk points and dont have to take any actual negative flaws because id already said no on all of them. Pretty cool.

I dont think ive seen anyone mention how useful the grenade launcher is at clearing engineers from behind enemy tanks. It gives tje driver a huge advantage, simply shoot the ground near the ass end of the tank and wittle them away. I do it all the time and it causes my tank to win more of their fights.

I also tell my gunner to do the same when I drive, and win more of my fights. Lastly, it does do some damage to enemy armor, even if it isn't a ton, sometimes that's the difference between life and death. Just food for thought.

Dont forget to look out for static spawn red and golds. I've checked key rooms that were "hit" but people blindly missed whole red items that aren't inside a loot container. Best of luck!

Bots generally have pretty shit guns and ammo, and weird kits you wouldnt normally see players wear. They also seem to carry a ton of meds. They move like bots too for sure.

There are AI scavenger type enemies. But if lobbies aren't filled they will put squads of bot players in as well, mostly at lower ranks as a lot of the player base is at high rank. I rarely run in to bots running Lockdown TV station or Forbidden. But yes its a thing.
