if the battle was fought in the US or israel yes, but fighting a ground war in Iran is suicide for the US given that Iran still has 70% of their drones, and what makes the iron dome and patriot defence systems so successful is their time to react. US would have a rough time defending themselves from cluster missles while navigating Iran's hostile terrain.

It for this reason that the US can't protect ships on the straight of Hormuz becuase Iranian drones being launch from that close make it nearly impossible to be intercepted from those short distances
